摘要
近年来,为缓解城市地面交通压力,我国部分城市开始着手城市轨道交通建设。基于此,论文阐述了城市轨道交通为何适用PPP模式进行建设,并以黄埔区有轨电车1号线和2号线PPP项目为例,对城市轨道交通补贴模式进行分析。
In recent years, in order to relieve the pressure of urban surface traffic, some cities in China have begun to build urban rail transit. Based on this, this paper expounds why PPP mode is suitable for urban rail transit construction, and takes the PPP project of Huangpu district tram line 1 and line 2 as an example to analyze the subsidy mode of urban rail transit.
