有色金属加热特别是铝合金铸锭加热市场有巨大的节能空间。在原来飞轮式永磁加热技术的基础上开发了环形永磁加热技术,加热速度提高100%,能效率达到84.7%,节能效果十分显著,值得推广。
Nonferrous metals heating, especially aluminum ingot heating market has huge energy saving space. Based on the original flywheel permanent magnet heating technology, the annular permanent magnet heating technology is developed. The heating rate is increased by 100% and the energy efficiency is up to 84.7%.The energy saving effect is remarkable,worth promoting.
