摘要
本文研究了不同的热处理温度和冷作硬化加工率对304和316奥氏体不锈钢力学性能的影响,为奥氏体不锈钢的生产提供指导。结果表明:AISI304管材选用加热900℃保温60min热处理和8.3%冷作硬化加工率,AISI316管材选用加热1050℃保温10min热处理和12.5%冷作硬化加工率时,制造的奥氏体不锈钢管拉伸力学性能与国外进口管材拉伸力学性能基本一致。
To study the influence of the mechanical properties through different heat treatment temperature and cold work hardening processing of austenitic stainless steel 304 and 316,guide the product of austenitic stainless steel.Results show that:AISI304 tube through 900℃/60 min heat treatment and 8.3%cold work hardening processing,AISI316 tube through 1050℃/10 min heat treatment and 12.5%cold work hardening processing,the tensile mechanical properties of the austenitic stainless steel tube are basically the same as that of foreign imported pipe quality certificate.
