某重型车辆变速箱AMT开发冲坡特性仿真研究

摘要 本文主要针对某重型车辆变速箱进行AMT开发时的坡道行驶策略进行相关的仿真研究。通过仿真得出了此型号重型车辆在两种不同路面的加速特性以及在水泥路面行驶的冲坡特性,目的是为后期AMT开发时的坡道换挡策略提供相应的参考,避免车辆在上坡时进行不必要的换挡,提高行驶效率。 This paper mainly deals with the simulation research on the ramp driving strategy of AMT development for a heavy-duty vehicle gearbox. The acceleration characteristics of this heavy-duty type vehicle on two different roads and the slope characteristics on the cement road surface are obtained through simulation. The purpose is to provide corresponding reference for the ramp shift strategy in the later AMT development, and avoid the unnecessary shift of vehicle on the slope road so as to improve driving efficiency.
