摘要
开启式螺杆式压缩机出现振动超标问题,会导致机组噪声增大,机组的结构应力降低,同时会缩短机组寿命,严重的会影响机组的正常运行。本文从压缩机与电机同轴度、润滑油、电机动平衡、拍振造成电机机械振动叠加以及质心偏移等角度进行分析,通过对电机增加配重调节电机动平衡的方式进行改造,改造后经过一年多的运行观察,2台电机振动值稳定在2.2mm/s以下,符合国家标准要求,认为改造措施取得了良好的效果。
If the vibration exceeds the standard for open type screw compressor,it will increase the noise of the unit and reduce the structural stress of the unit. At the same time,it will also reduce the life of the unit,which is worse,it will affect the normal operation of the unit. It is analyzed from some aspects,such as the coaxiality of compressor and motor,lubricating oil,dynamic unbalance of motor,mechanical vibration superposition of motor caused by beat vibration,and offset of mass center,etc.. The method of adjusting motor dynamic balance by increasing weight is adopted. The results show that after more than one year s operation and observation,the vibration value of these two motors is stable below 2.2 mm/s,which satisfies the requirement of national standard. It is proved that the transformation measure has achieved good results.
