摘要
青年教师的师德建设不仅关系育人水平,而且关系学校和教师的自身发展。针对目前高职院校青年教师中存在的重科研轻教学、重专业轻德育、重名利轻奉献的现状,以及在师德建设中缺乏个人长期规划,从培育机制、督导制度、政治理论、评价机制四个方面提出相应的解决措施以供参考。
The construction of young teachers' ethics is not only related to the level of education, but also to the development of schools and teachers themselves. Aiming at the current situation of young teachers in higher vocational colleges attaching more importance to scientific research than to teaching, to specialty than to moral education, to fame and fortune than to dedication, and the lack of long-term personal planning in the construction of teacher ethics, the paper puts forward corresponding solutions from aspects of cultivation mechanism, supervision system, political theory and evaluation mechanism for reference.
