摘要 通过现有不分光红外线气体分析仪是否满足公共场所和工作场所检测需要的计量确认实践,发现问题、改进提高。执行GB/T 19022-2003和RB/T 214-2017等标准,对3个检测仪进行计量确认,结果表明,一氧化碳检测仪A二级准确度不确定,符合五级准确度,不能满足检测公共场所和工作场所需求,加贴红色标识;二氧化碳检测仪C二级准确度不确定,符合三级准确度,可满足预期使用要求,因量程限制高浓度工作场所使用,加贴黄色标识。通过实践提出,计量确认应从仪器设备采购验收源头开始,并贯彻于检定/校准与调整措施等全过程。 Through the existing Metrological confirmation practice of whether the non-spectral infrared gas analyzer meets the detection needs in public places and workplaces, problems are found and continuous improvement is made. According to GB/T 19022-2003 and RB/T 214-2017 standards, Metrological confirmation was carried out on three detectors. The results show that the secondary accuracy of carbon monoxide detector A is uncertain, which meets the five-level accuracy and cannot meet the requirements of detection in public places and workplaces, red marks are affixed. The second-level accuracy of CO2 Detector C is uncertain and meets the third-level accuracy, which can meet the expected use requirements. Due to the range limitation, yellow marks are affixed for use in workplaces with high concentration. Through practice, it is proposed that metrological confirmation should start from the source of purchasing acceptance of instruments and equipment and implement the whole process of verification/calibration and adjustment measures.
