摘要
故障检测与诊断技术广泛应用于航空航天、能源及石油化工等生产领域。由于具体应用领域以及采用方法的不同,故障检测与诊断的一些基本概念在不同领域存在不同的概念与描述。故障检测与诊断应用于传感器领域的基本术语包括传感器故障诊断、传感器自确认、传感器数据确认及传感器性能监视等。因此,将主要基于单传感器(单变量)的方法从单个传感器的角度考虑数据确认和故障诊断问题。
Fault detection and diagnosis,technology is widely used in aerospace,energy,petrochemical and other production fields. Due to the specific application areas and the different methods of adoption,some basic concepts of FDD have different concepts and descriptions in different fields. The basic terms used by FDD in the sensor field are: sensor fault diagnosis,sensor self-acknowledgment,sensor data validation,and sensor performance monitoring. Therefore,data confirmation and fault diagnosis are considered mainly based on the single sensor(single variable) method.
