摘要
在建筑行业快速发展的背景下,建筑企业的数量也不断增多,这就导致建筑行业的竞争激烈程度在不断提升,在这一背景下,建筑企业为了提升自身的竞争实力,必须增加对工程造价控制和管理的重视程度。本文阐述了建筑工程前期阶段造价控制与管理的作用,探索了建筑工程前期阶段造价控制与管理过程中存在的问题,最后提出了建筑工程前期阶段造价控制与管理的措施,希望有助于建筑企业提升其造价控制与管理水平,从而为其长期健康发展奠定良好的基础。
In the context of the rapid development of the construction industry,the number of construction enterprises is also increasing,which leads to the increasing competition in the construction industry.Under this background,in order to enhance their competitive strength,construction enterprises must increase their emphasis on project cost control and management.This paper expounds the role of cost control and management in the early stage of construction engineering,explores the problems in the cost control and management process in the early stage of construction engineering,and finally puts forward the measures,hoping to help construction enterprises to improve its cost control and management level,thus laying a good foundation for its long-term healthy development.
