摘要
观察优质护理在小儿肺炎临床护理中的应用效果,评估其作用。采集70例肺炎患者资料,收治时间为2017年4月-2018年5月。依照随机原则将患儿分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,两组患儿均给予常规护理干预,Ⅱ组患儿在此基础上采用联合优质护理,对比两组患儿的护理效果。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组治疗优良率分别为71. 43%、91. 42%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。经护理干预后,与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组体温低于护理前水平,且住院时间短于Ⅰ组,差异均存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。对肺炎患儿在临床治疗期间推行优质护理干预,能优化疗效,降低体温,减缩住院时间,值得推广。
To observe the effect of high quality nursing in clinical nursing of children with pneumonia and to evaluate its effect. Data of 70 patients with pneumonia were collected and treated from April 2017 to May 2018. According to the principle of randomization,the children were divided into groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Both groups were given routine nursing intervention. On this basis,the children of group Ⅱ were given combined high-quality nursing care,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. The excellent and good rates of treatment in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were 71. 43%and 91. 42% respectively,with significant difference( P < 0. 05). After nursing intervention,compared with group Ⅰ,the body temperature in group Ⅱ was lower than that before nursing,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in group Ⅰ,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Implementing high quality nursing intervention for children with pneumonia during clinical treatment can optimize curative effect,reduce body temperature and reduce hospital stay,which is worthy of promotion.
