摘要
在机车车辆结构日趋复杂和使用负荷不断提高的前提下,如何提高驱动电源设计质量及可靠性已成为当务之急,从机车安全信息综合监测装置的系统构成及电源单元功能需求的角度分析,结合JT-C型机车信号系统产品可靠性设计经验,研究了机车安全信息综合监测装置驱动电源的可靠性设计方案。
Under the premise of increasingly complex structure of locomotives and rolling stock and the continuous increase of service load, how to improve the design quality and reliability of driving power supply has become an urgent task. This paper analyzes the system composition of locomotive safety information comprehensive monitoring device and the functional requirements of power supply unit, and studies the reliability design scheme of driving power supply for locomotive safety information comprehensive monitoring device, combining with the product reliability design experience of JT- C locomotive signal system.
