摘要
快速眼动睡眠行为障碍(RBD)是快速眼动睡眠期出现的以肌张力障碍,并伴有与梦境相关的言语或复杂行为为特征的发作性疾病。RBD是路易体痴呆(DLB)的核心特征之一。伴发RBD的DLB患者的认知功能、精神症状及非运动症状更严重,生活能力及生活质量损害更突出,应积极关注RBD的治疗。
Rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder(RBD) is a paroxysmal disorder during the rapid eye movement sleep, which characterized by dystonia, accompanied by speech or complex behavior associated with dreams. RBD is one of the core features of Lewy body dementia(DLB). The cognitive function, psychiatric symptoms and non-motor symptoms of DLB patients with RBD are more serious, and lead to more prominent damage to life ability and quality. We should pay attention to the treatment of RBD positively.
