摘要
调坡设计是城市轨道交通线路设计中一项重要的工作,是对工程施工过程中的差、错、漏等误差进行线路平、纵断面的调整。结合宁波轨道交通2号线一期工程,介绍和分析了单圆盾构隧道纵断面调坡设计中的峰值估计法和最小二乘法,采用定量的设计方法减小线路纵断面施工与设计的误差,从而满足各种车辆、设备的限界要求,达到施工验收合格的目标。
The adjust the alignment plan and longitudinal section for construction errors is an important work in the design of urban rail transit lines. Combined with the first phase project of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 2, the peak estimation method and least squares method are introduced in the longitudinal slope adjustment design of shield tunnel. These quantitative design methods can reduce the difference between the construction and design for longitudinal section, so as to meet the gauge requirements of vehicles and equipment, and achieve the goal of qualified construction acceptance.
