摘要
rbcl基因是核酮糖1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶(Rubisco 1,5-bishosphate carboxylase/oxygenase)的大亚基,对植物固定CO2有重要的作用,同时rbcl基因在进化上保守是重要的植物条形码基因。烟草作为重要的经济作物,烟草产量的高低是其经济价值的决定因素,而提高光合效率是提高植物产量的主要手段。香烟制品生产销售会产生极大的经济利益,因此有人会非法贩卖假烟,为了避免私下制售香烟制品需要快速高效的鉴定疑似烟草制品中是否含有烟草成份。为了实现以上两个目的,本研究对目前国内应用最多的三个主栽烟草品种的Ntrbcl基因进行了克隆,并对其蛋白属性、进化关系进行了分析,发现三份烟草主栽品种间Ntrbcl序列保守,具有相同的序列信息,因此Ntrbcl可用与评估疑似烟草制品中是否有烟草成分。
rbcl gene e ncodes the big subunit of rubisco 1,5-bishosphate carboxylase/oxygenase, which plays a vital role in plant CO2 fixation. rbcl genes were evolutionally conserved and are important plant barcoding gene.Tobacco is an economically important crop. The tobacco quality is required to be improved while an efficient and quick method is needed to identify potential tobacco products that are privately made. To obtain such purpose, the Ntrbcl gene was cloned from three tobacco cultivars and the putative proteins and phylogenetic relationships were further analyzed. It was found that the sequences of Ntrbcl genes from three cultivars were highly conserved, which could be used to identify the presence or absence of tobacco in the suspected tobacco products.
