摘要
目的探讨循证护理对提高老年髋部骨折患者术后早期离床坐依从性的效果。方法84例老年髋部骨折手术患者,根据护理方法的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,在此基础上观察组针对术后早期离床坐给予循证护理。比较两组患者术后早期离床坐依从性。结果观察组患者早期离床坐依从率为95.2%,显著高于对照组的78.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够提高老年髋部骨折患者术后早期离床坐依从性,从而进一步促进患者术后康复。
Objective To discuss the effect of evidence-based nursing on improving the compliance of early sitting out of bed after operation in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with hip fracture were divided by different nursing methods into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after operation,and the observation group also received evidence-based nursing for early sitting out of bed after operation.The compliance of early sitting out of bed after operation was compared in two groups.Results The observation group had significantly higher compliance rate of early sitting out of bed after operation as 95.2% than 78.6% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the compliance of early sitting out of bed after operation in elderly patients with hip fracture,thus promoting recovery of patients after operation.
