摘要
CPR1000机组安全壳设备舱门密封性试验是为了验证安全壳设备舱门双密封圈的密封性能.RCC-G《核电站土建设计与建造规程》中规定该试验的要求是:"在每次关闭之后,以及至少约每两年一次,在停堆换料时进行".电厂在每次大修中会多次开、关设备舱门,设备舱门双密封圈属于"非能动"设备,是否有必要每次关闭后都进行密封性试验.本文针对每个换料大修的仅存最后一次关闭设备舱门后执行安全壳设备舱门密封试验的可行性进行了详细的安全分析,并结合EDF及美国西屋核电机组的安全壳设备舱门密封性试验执行情况,对CPR1000机组安全壳设备舱门密封性试验周期给出合理的建议.
The CPR1000 unit containment equipment hatch sealing test is to verify the sealing performance of the double seal ring of the containment equipment hatch.The RCC-G 《Code for Design and Construction of Civil Engineering for Nuclear Power Plants》 stipulates that the requirements of the test are:"after each closing operation and at least once every two years approximately at the time of shutdown for refuelling."
