摘要 以某基坑工程为例,通过监测数据的统计,对于变形和沉降超过预警值的监测点产生过大变形和沉降的原因进行了分析,采取了一系列的处理措施,如增加预加设计轴力值、缩短监测周期,增加监测次数,将监测信息及时进行反馈等,有效地控制了基坑的变形;对于深层轻微滑移,及时采取在主动区挖土卸载并在坡脚施工杉木桩的措施,防止了风险的进一步扩大。通过对该基坑开挖风险的成功预警与控制,以期为长江中下游地区淤泥和淤泥质软土深基坑开挖风险控制提供建议。 In the case of a concrete foundation pit engineering, it analyzed the reason why large deformation and settlement occurred at the monitoring where deformation and subsidence exceed warning value by monitoring the statistics of the data, the deformation of the foundation pit is effectively controlled by adopting a series of treatment measures, such as increasing the pre-design axial force value appropriately, increasing the monitoring frequency, strengthening the monitoring and timely feedback monitoring informa? tion. For the slight slippage in depth, the measures of excavating and unloading in the active area and the construction of fir piles at the foot of slope were taken in time to prevent the risk from being further expanded. It can provide recommendations for risk control of deep foundation pit excavation of silt and salty soft soil in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River through the successful early warning and control of the excavation risk.
