摘要
当前阶段,我国十分重视环境保护问题,相继在环境保护领域颁布诸多法律保护条例,使环境保护和生态文明建设变得有法可依。污水厂处理是关乎环境保护与生态文明建设的关键问题,如果在污水处理问题上不达标,那对环境保护的负面影响巨大,同时也会对我国的生态文明建设带来巨大的阻力。因此,处理好污水厂的运营管理方面的问题已经变得刻不容缓,并且也需要高度重视。本文从多个角度论述了污水处理厂运营管理中关于经费预算和零件设备的设置管理,并就安全可靠方面的关键性问题进行了研究。
At the current stage,China attaches great importance to environmental protection issues and has enacted many laws and regulations in the field of environmental protection,making environmental protection and ecological civilization construction law-abiding.The treatment of sewage treatment plants is a key issue related to environmental protection and ecological civilization construction.If the sewage treatment problem is not up to standard,the negative impact on environmental protection will be enormous,and it will also bring great resistance to the construction of ecological civilization in China.Therefore,it is imperative to deal with the problems in the operation and management of sewage plants,and it also needs to be highly valued.This paper discusses the budget management and the setting management of parts and equipment in the operation and management of sewage treatment plants from various angles,and studies the key issues in terms of safety and reliability.
