摘要
目的探讨对早中期慢性肾衰患者应用中药汤剂辨治的临床效果.方法收集本院2016年1月至2018年12月间收治早中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者60例作为本次研究对象,将患者随机分成常规治疗组(n=30)与中药治疗组(n=30).常规治疗组患者进行慢性肾衰竭延缓治疗,中药治疗组在常规治疗基础上结合应用中药汤剂治疗.分别对比两组患者治疗后症状改变情况、治疗疗效、各检测指标及肾功能分期的变化.结果治疗后中药治疗组均有明显降低,且症状治疗的有效率均有明显提高(P<0.05);中药治疗组疗效相比常规治疗组更高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前Scr与BUN指标对比未见明显变化,中药治疗组治疗后Scr与BUN指标相比治疗前均明显降低,与对照组治疗后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访调查2年,中药治疗组患者病情进展速度慢,中药治疗长期疗效稳定.结论对于早中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者,予以中药汤剂补肾活血汤加减进行治疗能改善临床症状,提高治疗效果并延缓病情的发展,该治疗方法在临床上具有较高的应用价值,值得进行推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure in the early and middle stages. Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure in the early and mid-term from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group (n=30) and the Chinese medicine treatment group (n= 30). Patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with delayed treatment of chronic renal failure, and the Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of conventional treatment. The changes of symptoms, treatment efficacy, detection indexes and renal function staging were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly reduced, and the effective rate of symptom treatment was significantly improved (P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of the Chinese medicine treatment group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Scr and BUN index. Compared with BUN, the Scr was significantly lower than that of BUN, and there was significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05). Follow-up investigation In the past 2 years, the progress of the disease in the Chinese medicine treatment group was slow, and the long-term efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment was stable. Conclusion For patients with early-stage chronic renal failure, treatment with Chinese medicine decoction and Bushen Huoxue Decoction can improve clinical symptoms, improve treatment effect and delay the development of the disease. This treatment method has high application value in clinical practice and is worthy of Promote the application.
