摘要
目的研究MRI以及螺旋CT应用于原发性肝癌患者临床诊断中的效能。方法选择自2015年1月-2017年1月在我院经过病理检查确诊原发性肝癌的患者共56例进行研究,将这些患者平均分为采用多层螺旋CT进行诊断的对照组以及使用MRI进行疾病诊断的实验组,采用双盲的统计学原理由专业的影像学医师对患者进行诊断,分析不同影像学手段应用于肝癌检测中的敏感度以及漏检率。结果实验组患者肝癌的敏感度以及漏检率表现均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌临床诊断时使用MRI的影像学方法,效果更佳,利于疾病的早诊早治,对患者有益,值得在临床诊断工作中积极推广。
Objective To study the efficacy of MRI and spiral CT in the clinical diagnosis of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods A total of 56 patients who underwent pathological examination of primary liver cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into control group with multi-slice spiral CT and MRI. The experimental group for disease diagnosis was diagnosed by a professional imaging doctor using double-blind statistical principles to analyze the sensitivity and missed detection rate of different imaging methods in liver cancer detection. Results The sensitivity and missed detection rate of liver cancer in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The MRI imaging method is used in the clinical diagnosis of primary liver cancer. The effect is better, which is beneficial to the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease. It is beneficial to patients and it is worthy of active promotion in clinical diagnosis.
