摘要
文中将建立旋转矩形孔薄壁圆环截面突变处的波传播模型,研究振动弹性波反射和透射特性,结合相位封闭原理,给出振动特征方程,得到薄壁圆环的各阶模态频率、模态形状和分支图.将静止矩形孔薄壁圆环的固有频率与有限元分析法求得的固有频率进行比较,验证行波法计算的准确性.研究将为轴承实体保持架的动力学计算提供理论基础.
In this paper, the model of wave motion at the abruptly changed section of rotating thin ring with rectangular holes was built up, and wave transmission and reflection were analyzed. Combined with closure phase principle, the vibration characteristic equation was derived. Then, natural frequency, mode shape and bifurcation of frequency were given. Natural frequencies of static ring derived by wave propagation method are compared with the results of finite element analysis, which validates the wave propagation approach, and it provides a theoretical basis for dynamic calculation of bearing solid cage by wave propagation approach.
