摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法对慢性湿疹患者心理状况、血清神经肽、血清总IgE及疗效的影响。方法选取我科住院部100例湿疹患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组,每组各50例患者,2组给予对症药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予音乐治疗,治疗10d后分别记录2组治疗前后症状自评量表评分、湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评分、血清P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、血清总IgE水平,比较2组各项指标,以评价音乐疗法的疗效。结果试验组SCL-90评分、EASI评分、SP、VIP、血清总IgE水平比对照组各项指标低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法可改善慢性湿疹患者存在的心理问题,减少SP、VIP、血清总IgE浓度,加快湿疹患者病情好转,可做为临床辅助治疗手段。
Objective In order to explore the effects of music therapy on psychological status,serum neuropeptide,serum total IgE and therapeutic effect in patients with chronic eczema.Methods Totally 100 patients with eczema in our department were selected according to the random number table method.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group.Each group consisted of 50 patients.Two groups were given symptomatic relief drugs.The experimental group was given music therapy on the basis of the control group for 10 days.The scores of the symptoms self-rating scale,eczema area and severity index,serum substance P (SP),vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and serum total IgE levels were recorded before and after treatment.The efficacy of music therapy was evaluated.Results The symptom checklist 90 score,eczema area and severity index of score (EASI),serum substance P,vasoactive intestinal peptide,and serum total IgE levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy can improve the psychological problems of patients with chronic eczema,reduce the serum substance P,vasoactive intestinal peptide,serum total IgE concentration,accelerate the improvement of eczema patients.Music therapy can be used as a clinical adjuvant treatment.
