摘要
目的探讨LEEP宫颈锥切术术前术后联合应用干扰素栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)价值。方法84例HPV(+)CIN患者随机分观察组和对照组各42例,对照组单纯接受LEEP术治疗,观察组实施重组α-2b干扰素栓联合LEEP术治疗。结果观察组LEEP术时间(13.22±2.48)min、术中出血量(13.29±4.30)ml、创面愈合时间(5.89±1.34)d低于对照组(16.28±3.23)min、(22.28±5.35)ml、(7.37±2.26)d(P<0.05),HPV转阴90.48%、总有效95.24%高于对照组的76.19%、71.43%(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变患者的临床治疗中联合应用宫颈环形电切术与重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗是安全、可行的。
Objective To investigate the value of LEEP cervical conization combined with interferon suppository in the treatment of CIN before and after operation.Methods 84 cases of HPV(+)cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases each.The control group received LEEP alone.The observation group was treated with recombinant interferon alpha-2b suppository combined with LEEP.Results The LEEP time in the observation group(13.22±2.48)minutes.The intraoperative bleeding volume(13.29±4.30)ml.The healing time of the wound(5.89±1.34)days were lower than that of the control group(16.28±3.23)minutes,(22.28±5.35)ml,(7.37±2.26)days(P<0.05).HPV turned negative 90.48%.The total effective rate 95.24%higher than 76.19%and 71.43%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and feasible to treat cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with cervical circumferential electrotomy combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b suppository.
