摘要
目的:比较天和聚异丁烯(PIB)型骨通贴膏和普通骨通贴膏对膝骨性关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法:选择4家医院的膝骨性关节炎患者403例,根据治疗地点分为试验组(n=199)和对照组(n=204)。试验组采用天和PIB型骨通贴膏,对照组采用天和普通骨通贴膏,外敷治疗,每日1次,连用7d。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Lysholm膝关节功能评分的变化,记录两组患者用药期间的药品不良反应(ADRs)发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者的VAS评分和Lysholm评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组在镇痛及改善跛行、不稳定、疼痛、肿胀、爬楼梯、下蹲指标方面效果更佳(P<0.05)。同时试验组的ADRs发生率明显低于对照组(2.01%vs13.73%,P<0.05)。结论:天和PIB型骨通贴膏在治疗膝骨性关节炎方面疗效显著,除镇痛外,能较好地改善关节功能,且ADRs发生率更低,值得临床推广。
Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Tianhe polyisobutylene (PIB) type gutong plaster and common gutong plaster in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 403 patients with knee osteoarthritis in 4 hospitals were enzolled in the study,and were divided into the experimental group ( n =199) and the control group ( n =204),according to the treatment sites.The patients in the experimental group were treated with external application of Tianhe PIB type gutong plaster,while the patients in the control group were treated with external application of Tianhe common gutong plaster,once a day for 7 successive days. Changes in the visual analogue scores (VAS) and Lysholm knee function scores before and after treatment were compared between the patients in the 2 groups,and the rate of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) during medication were recorded as well.Results:The VAS scores and Lysholm scores of the patients in the 2 groups were all significantly improved after treatment ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly better in pain control,improvement in claudication,instability,pain,swelling,stair climbing and squatting ( P <0.05).Meanwhile,the rate of ADRs of the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group (2.01% vs 13.73%,P <0.05).Conclusion:Tianhe PIB type gutong plaster could achieve significant efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.In addition to pain control,it could improve joint function,with lower rate of ADRs.For this reason,it is worth further clinical extension.
