摘要
在供应链全球化趋势下,ICT供应链的安全威胁越来越突出,逐渐成为威胁国家安全的一个重要问题。从信息安全对抗的角度来看,ICT供应链任何一个环节均面临安全威胁注入的风险。ICT供应链安全与国家安全关系愈发密切,已成为国家安全战略的一个重要组成部分。从ICT供应链安全现状分析入手,分析总结了ICT供应链自身的安全脆弱性以及面临的安全威胁,基于系统分层协同防护安全思路,提出了ICT供应链安全防护框架,并着重研究了ICT供应链基础设施、信息管理和物资管理相关安全防护机制。
Under the trend of supply-chain globalization,the security threat of ICT supply chain has become more and more prominent,and has gradually become an important issue threatening national security.From the perspective of information security confrontation,any link of ICT supply chain faces the risk of security threat injection.ICT supply chain security is closely related to national security and has become an important part of national security strategy.Starting from the analysis of ICT supply chain security status,the paper analyzes and summarizes the security vulnerability of ICT supply chain itself and the security threats it faces.Based on the security concept of system layered collaborative protection,the ICT supply chain security protection framework is proposed,and the security protection mechanisms related to ICT supply chain infrastructure,information management and material management also discussed.
