摘要
为准确高效测定大米中的铅含量,本文主要研究了湿法消解―石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中铅含量的前处理改进方法,即以0.3 g大米、12 mL硝酸+12 mL过氧化氢+2滴浓硫酸为样品消解剂和最优的仪器条件进行测试。结果显示得到的线性回归方程为:Abs=0.02226Conc+0.0081,相关系数r=0.9995,方法检出限为0.078 mg/kg,精密度(RSD)为5.0%。该方法能快速准确地测定大米中的铅含量,可以用于日常大米中铅含量的检测。
To determine the content of lead in rice accurately and efficiently,In this paper,an improved pretreatment method for determination of lead in rice by wet digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was studied.When the optimal detections were obtained as follows:0.3 g rice,12 mL of nitric acid+12 mL of hydrogen peroxide+2 drops concentrated sulfuric acid as wet digestion solvent and the optimal instrument conditions for determination.The results showed that the regression equation was Abs =0.02226 Conc +0.0081,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9995.The detection limit and RSD of this method were 0.078 mg/kg and 5.0%,respectively.This method was a rapid and accurate method for the detection of lead in rice and can be used for routine determination of lead in rice.
