摘要
本文合成了水杨醛缩氨基硫脲席夫碱配体并与锰、镉金属离子进行配位反应,合成了两种配合物。并通过红外光谱图分析,对配体及配合物的做了表征,分析了配合物可能存在的结构。选用荧光光谱法对席夫碱及其配合物和牛血清蛋白的弱相互作用进行了研究分析,结果表明该配体及其金属配合物与牛血清蛋白形成了基态复合物,引起了牛血清蛋白内源荧光猝灭现象,而具体何种荧光猝灭还有待进一步研究。
In this paper, We synthesized Salicyladehyde Thioseemicarbazone Schiff’s base ligand and let it react with Mn(Ⅱ),Co2+ and Ni2+, We got three complexes as a result.The structure characterization of the samples was obtained by IR and 1HNMR spectrum and the possible structures were speculated.Subsequently we studied the weak interaction between complexes and Bovine Serum Albumin(BSA) by fluorescence spectrometry.Results showed that both ligand and complexes could react with BSA and formed ground-state complexes, inducing the quenching of the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA.The principle of the fluorescence quenching remains further study.
