新疆南疆地区某规模奶牛场牛病毒性腹泻抗原检测 被引量:4

摘要 为了解新疆南疆地区某规模化奶牛场牛病毒性腹泻病毒(bovine viral diarrheavirus,BVDV)感染情况,采用血清流行病学调查方法,对该规模化奶牛场2358份牛血清样品、35份新生犊牛耳组织样品进行BVDV抗原ELISA检测。结果显示,该场有9份血清样品为BVDV抗原阳性,阳性率为0.38%;对阳性样品的来源牛间隔21d后采血复检,检出1份阳性血清样品,确认该样品来源牛为持续性感染牛;在新生犊牛耳组织中,未检测出BVDV。本次抗原检测证明,新疆南疆地区规模化奶牛场存在一定的BVDV流行和持续感染,建议督促牛场积极开展BVDV净化工作。 In order to recognize the infection status of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV)in a large-scale diary farm in Southern Xinjiang,2 358 serum samples and 35 ear tissue samples of newborn calves were collected from the farm to detect BVDV antigens by ELISA. The results showed that 9 serum samples were positive for BVDV,with the positive rate of 0.38%;then blood samples were collected from cows that was confirmed BVDV-positive after 21 days for repeat detection,it was found that only one sample was still positive,indicating the corresponding positive cow was continuous infection;no any BVDV was detected in samples of ear tissues from newborn calves. In short,it was confirmed that there was certain BVDV infection and prevalence in the farm,so it was suggested that the farm should be urged to actively purify BVDV.
