摘要
为掌握船撞后预应力混凝土T型挂梁损伤情况,评估其实际承载能力,对主梁受船舶撞击过程进行分析,结合人工接触式检查结果,绘制了受损梁体的裂缝展开图,确定受撞击桥跨梁体的病害分布。结合挂梁的损伤实际状况,通过针对性静载试验工况,实测车辆荷载作用下梁体变形、关键截面应变和主梁裂缝等指标的分布变化规律,评估船舶撞击对结构力学性能的影响,提出相应的维修处治建议。
In order to master the damage of prestressed concrete T-shaped suspended beam after ship collision and evaluate its actual bearing capacity, in this paper, the collision process of main girder impact by ship has been analyzed on the basis of manual contact inspection results, and the crack expansion diagram has been drawn to determine the diseases distribution of the impacted bridge.Being combined with the actual damage of the beam, the distribution and variation regularity of beam deformation, key section strain and main girder crack have been measured under the specific static load test conditions, so as to evaluate the impact of ship collision on structural mechanical properties and come up with corresponding suggestions for maintenance and treatment.The detection and evaluation methods and treatment measures against ship collision and beam damage adopted in this project could provide valuable reference for similar projects.
