摘要
依托广东省某大桥钢箱梁桥面铺装加铺工程,基于实车荷载开展了既有桥面铺装、既有桥面铺装去除以及新铺装竣工后三种工况下的应力、挠度测试。在此基础上,开展不同工况下最不利轮位下钢箱梁关键构件及重点部位的应力及变形实测值与理论值对比分析。结果表明:通过提高铺装层的模量可以改善钢箱梁的整体受力特性;环氧树脂桥面铺装对纵肋与面板连接部位、面板受力改善较为明显,对纵横肋连接部位受力改善幅度有限;相对于原有铺装状态,前者改善幅度为50%~80%,后者改善幅度约为15%左右。
Relying on the steel box girder bridge deck paving project of a bridge in GuangdongProvince, the stress and deflection tests of the existing deck pavement, the removal of the existing deck pavement and the new completed pavement have been carried outon the basis of the real load.The stress and deformation of key components and parts of steel box girder under different working conditions have been compared with theoretical values, the results have shown that the overall mechanical behavior of steel box girder could be improved by increasing the modulus of pavement layer;epoxy resin bridge deck pavement has obvious improvement on the connection between longitudinal ribs and face-plate and the stress on face-plate, while the improvement on the connection between longitudinal ribs and longitudinal ribs is limited;being compared with the original pavement state, the former improvement range reaches 50%~ 80%, while the latter improvement range amounts to15%.
