摘要
以脱脂柚籽为原料,乙醇为提取剂,以乙醇体积分数、提取温度、料液比为考查因素,提取得到的类柠檬苦素含量为指标进行了单因素试验和正交试验.结果表明,料液比对柚籽中类柠檬苦素提取率影响最大因素,然后依次为提取温度和乙醇体积分数;最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数70%,提取温度70 ℃,料液比1∶45.
Taking defatted pomelo seeds as raw materials and ethanol as extractant,taking the concentration of ethanol,extraction temperature and ratio of material to liquid as the investigation factors,the extracted limonin content was used as the index for single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that the ratio was the most influential factor affecting the extraction rate of limonoids in pomelo seeds,followed by extraction temperature and ethanol concentration. The optimum extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 70%,extraction temperature 70 ℃,ratio of material to liquid 1∶45.
