How to Construct Digital Education Ecology of New Business Studies in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 数字经济的蓬勃发展,推动传统商业向数字商业转型,由此催生了复合型商科教育以及新商科人才培养,建立适应数字商业发展和新商科人才培养要求的高职新商科数字化教育生态成为时代发展的必然。在分析当前高职新商科数字化教育生态人才培养需求的基础上,从产教融合、新商科专业集群、新商科育人体系、“双师型”卓越师资队伍、新商科特色文化体系、新商科国际化、新商科数字化教育物理环境等方面探索构建新商科数字化的教育生态,推进新时代数字商业人才培养,强化新商科供需环境的关联耦合,更好地服务数字商业发展。 The widespread application of digital technology is transforming conventional business into digital business, which contributes to the appearance of interdisciplinary business studies which are supposed to adopt new training approaches. As a result, it is necessary to construct in higher vocational colleges the digital education ecology of new business studies which meets the requirements of digital business development and student training. This paper first analyses the necessity of building the digital education ecology, and then studies the construction of a micro educational ecology adaptable to the macro-environment of digital business education in the following aspects: to make coordinated efforts to build the platform for the digital education ecology, construct the discipline cluster, establish the training system, build the teaching team composed of teachers with double certificates, foster the cultural system with distinct characteristics, and create the physical environment for the globalization and digitalization of new business studies. The paper aims at, to facilitate the digital business transformation and development, promoting educational reforms and innovations for business studies, speeding up preparing digital business professionals in the New Era, and strengthening the interconnection and integration of colleges and enterprises.
