摘要
我国是稻米生产的大国,可以满足生产消费,其中含有锌、铁、铜、钼、锰等多种微量元素,有益于人的身体健康。然而近年来,稻米颗粒中营养元素及微量元素流失严重引起我国社会的广泛关注,应用ICP-MS先进技术测定,可以了解准确信息,为研究稻米营养流失的成因与过程提供技术保障能够保障质量。文章从不同方面展开论述,采用科学合理的方法,从而促进更好的发展。
China is a big country in rice production, which can meet production and consumption. It contains zinc, iron, copper, molybdenum, manganese and other trace elements, which is beneficial to human health. However, in recent years, the loss of nutrient elements and trace elements in rice grains has caused widespread concern in our society. Using ICP-MS advanced technology, accurate information can be obtained, and the quality can be guaranteed by providing technical support for the study of the causes and processes of rice nutrient loss. The article discusses from different aspects and adopts scientific and reasonable methods to promote better development.
