摘要
地铁盾构隧道施工是当前地铁建设中比较常用的基本处理模式,盾构施工方法的应用确实具备着理想的优势,但是因为相应施工建设的隐蔽性,在具体施工建设中同样也存在着较多的隐患问题,容易形成较为明显的质量缺陷。基于此,在地铁盾构隧道施工中切实把握好质量管控工作也就显得极为必要。针对重点围绕着地铁盾构隧道施工项目,首先介绍了地铁盾构隧道施工的基本原理,然后又详细分析了施工建设中比较常见的质量问题,最后探讨了质量控制手段,希望具备参考借鉴作用。
The shield tunnel construction of Metro is a common basic treatment mode in the current metro construction. The application of shield construction method does have ideal advantages,but because of the concealment of the corresponding construction, there are also many hidden problems in the specific construction,which are easy to form more obvious quality defects. Therefore,it is extremely necessary to grasp the quality control work in the construction of shield tunnel. Focusing on the construction project of metro shield tunnel,this paper first introduces the basic principle of metro shield tunnel construction,then analyses the common quality problems in construction in detail,and finally discusses the means of quality control,hoping to provide reference.
