骨关节仿生滑液的制备设计与应用最新进展

摘要 骨关节仿生滑液是一种极具应用前景的润滑剂,为骨关节疾病的缓解治疗和工业润滑提供了新的思路.本研究详细介绍了骨关节仿生滑液的常见主要性能,如水合特性、黏度性质、非牛顿流体特性、高保湿性、生物相容性、自润滑性等.通过对关节滑液进行分子结构模拟、化学成分模拟和功能模拟来指导骨关节仿生滑液的设计制备,优化其适应性,在机体关节内充分发挥减摩润滑和防止关节软骨进一步磨损等效用,有望实现对关节炎的缓解治疗和拓宽先进工业润滑应用.基于骨关节仿生滑液的设计制备和应用目前仍停留在实验室阶段,还需进一步深入研究,以期其优异性质在人工关节和先进工业润滑领域得到良好的应用. Based on bionic synovial fluid as a promising lubricant, there are new ideas for the treatment of bone joint diseases and industial lubrication. In this paper, some main properties of bionic synovial fluid of bone and joint are introduced in detail, such as hydrous property, viscosity property, non-newtonian fluid property, high moisturizing property, biocompatibility, self-lubricating property and so on. What’s more, by simulating of the chemical composition, molecular structure and function of the joint synovial fluid, the bionic synovial fluid is prepared to optimize its adaptability, so as to effectively combine with the body joints and give full play to the characteristics of anti-friction and lubrication in the body joints, which is expected to achieve the treatment of arthritis. At present, the preparation and application of bionic synovial fluid based on bone joints are still in the laboratory stage, and further research and development are needed, so that its excellent properties can be well applied in the field of artificial joints and advanced industrial lubrication.
