摘要
目的了解康复护理措施在脑卒中患者中的应用。方法将本院2016年1月-2018年12月的70例脑卒中患者,随机分组,对照组给予一般护理,康复组开展康复护理措施。比较两组满意度;肢体功能、认知和吞咽改善时间;护理前后神经功能恢复指标、ADL自理指标以及生存质量;永久性致残发生率。结果康复组满意度、神经功能恢复指标、ADL自理指标以及生存质量、肢体功能、认知和吞咽改善时间、永久性致残发生率对比对照组有优势,P<0.05。结论脑卒中患者实施康复护理措施效果确切,可有效改善患者的神经功能和生存质量,改善患者的生活自理能力,减少致残的发生率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To understand the application of rehabilitation nursing measures in stroke patients.Methods 70 stroke patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given general nursing,and the rehabilitation group was given rehabilitation nursing measures.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups,limb function,cognitive and swallowing improvement time;neurological function recovery index,ADL self-care index and quality of life before and after nursing,permanent disability rate.Results Compared with the control group,the rehabilitation group had advantages in satisfaction,neurological function recovery,ADL self-care,quality of life,limb function,cognitive and swallowing improvement time and permanent disability incidence,P<0.05.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing measures are effective for stroke patients,which can effectively improve their neurological function and quality of life,improve their self-care ability,reduce the incidence of disability and improve their satisfaction.
