摘要
目的探讨老年慢性阴道炎给予护理干预的临床效果。方法随机选取2017年4月—2018年3月期间本院收治的老年慢性阴道炎患者60例作为研究对象,按照就诊时间的先后顺序,将入选对象分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例,观察组给予整体护理干预、对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论老年慢性阴道炎患者整体护理干预临床效果显著,可提高护理满意度与治疗的有效率,值得在临床护理中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic vaginitis. Methods 60 patients with chronic vaginitis in the hospital were randomly selected for the period April 2017 ~2018 March. As the research object, according to the order of visiting time, the selected subjects were divided into observation group and control group, each group of 30 cases, the observation group to the overall nursing intervention, the control group to give routine nursing intervention, The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than that of the control group 70%, the difference was obvious (P < 0.05), the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 70% in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of holistic nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic vaginitis is remarkable, which can improve the satisfaction of nursing and the efficiency of treatment, and it is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.
