摘要
目的探讨改进后的护理措施对腹主动脉瘤患者接受全穿刺术后恢复的影响。方法研究对象为本院2015年5月—2018年5月收治的47例术后腹主动脉瘤患者,根据随机数字表分为两组。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用改进后的护理,对比治疗前后两组患者自理能力和舒适度变化情况以及恢复时间的改善情况。结果手术后患者通过分组护理后,实验组患者舒适度及自理能力恢复水平显著高于对照组,实验组恢复时间显著低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论改进护理措施能够有效改善患者的舒适度和自理能力的恢复,有利于提高患者预后.
Objective To investigate the effect of improved nursing measures on the recovery of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm after total puncture. Methods 47 patients with postoperative abdominal aortic aneurysm admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group received routine care, and the experimental group used improved care. The changes in self-care ability and comfort and the improvement of recovery time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After the operation, the recovery level of comfort and self-care ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The recovery time of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Improved nursing measures can effectively improve the patient's comfort and recovery of self-care ability, which is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients.
