摘要
目的探究肿瘤内科住院医师规范化培训策略及其对应的培训效果。方法将本院40名肿瘤内科住院医师随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各有20例,对照组采取常规培训方法,观察组采取规范化培训策略,回顾分析两组住院医师培训理论考核、实践考核以及培训满意度评分。结果观察组培训后理论考核评分、实践考核评分以及培训满意度评分均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论肿瘤内科住院医师培训中通过加强规范化培训策略,能够有效提高住院医师的理论知识与实践能力,提高培训满意率,帮助住院医师提高综合能力,达到预期培训目的。
Objective To explore the standardized training strategies for residents of oncology medicine and their corresponding training effects. Methods 40 residents of oncology medicine in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 20 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine training methods, while the observation group adopted standardized training strategies. The theoretical, practical and training satisfaction scores of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results The scores of theoretical assessment, practical assessment and training satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after training, and the data analysis showed statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening standardized training strategies can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of residents, improve the satisfaction rate of training, help residents improve their comprehensive ability and achieve the expected training objectives.
