摘要
益生菌可以有效增强畜禽的生产性能,改善动物消化功能,改良肉品质,有抗氧化功能,能提高畜禽免疫功能,在中国养殖业的应用有着广阔的前景,但目前中国的益生菌研发和使用还存在一些问题,需要改进。
Probiotics can effectively enhance the production performance of livestock and poultry, improve the digestive function of animals, improve meat quality, have antioxidant function, and can improve the immune func. tion of livestock and poultry. It has broad prospects for application in China's aquaculture industry. However, there are still some problems in the development and use of probiotics in China, which need to be improved.
