摘要
文章对2010~2019年全国教育科学规划项目中教育信息技术类课题的立项状况进行了统计和分析。研究发现,过去十年我国教育信息技术类课题立项的绝对数量随着全国教育规划课题总的立项数量增长而不断增长,但也存在一些突出的问题。在上述研究的基础上,文章提出了一些建议和对策,可为我国教育信息技术立项的改进和教育信息技术研究的发展提供一定的参考和帮助。
This paper analyzed condition of education information technology project from National education scientific program from 2009 to 2018 is analyzed.Research shows that although the absolute Project number is increasing gradually with a total number increasing,but some prominent problems exist.Although the total number increases,but the ratio changes little;regional and provincial differences are obvious in the project number,and provincial difference is particularly obvious;the number of projects in non-normal universities is insufficient,and the number of projects approved by other institutions other than universities is obviously too small;there is lack of continuity in project hosting and so on.On the basis of the above research,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward:increasing education technology project input;For the backward provinces,measures should be taken,such as speeding up the establishment of education informationization level,establishing support measures and taking appropriate tilting;scientific research of non-normal teachers and primary and secondary school teachers is encouraged.
