摘要
目的:探究茵陈蒿不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性,分析其与总黄酮、总酚含量的相关性及不同溶剂提取物中的黄酮成分,为茵陈蒿多元化应用提供理论依据。方法:以干燥后的茵陈蒿全株为研究对象,分别以70%乙醇、甲醇、乙酸乙酯、氯仿进行超声提取,检测提取物中的总黄酮、总多酚含量,分析提取物对DPPH+·、ABTS+·的清除能力和对铁离子的还原能力,以及总黄酮、总多酚含量与3种抗氧化活性之间的相关性,并采用HPLC法进一步分析提取物中黄酮成分。结果:不同溶剂提取物中的总黄酮、总多酚含量和抗氧化活性差异显著,其中70%乙醇提取物中总黄酮(151.02mg芦丁/g)和总多酚(40.30mg没食子酸/g)含量最高,且其铁离子还原能力(484.42mg Trolox/g)明显高于其他溶剂提取物,其主要黄酮成分为金丝桃苷(2.503mg/g)和槲皮素(0.043mg/g)。结论:茵陈蒿70%乙醇提取物中总黄酮、总多酚含量最高,抗氧化活性最强,是天然抗氧化剂的良好来源。
Objectives:The antioxidant activity of extracts from Artemisia capillaris by different solvents was investigated.The correlation between the contents of total polyphenol,total flavonoid and the antioxidant activity was analyzed to provide a theoretical basic for the development of Artemisia capillaris.Methods:The whole plant of Artemisia capillaris was used to determine the contents of total polyphenol,total flavonoids,the ferric reducing power and the sacvenging ability on DPPH+·and ABTS+·after extracted by 70%ethanol,methanol,ethyl acetate and chloroform.The correlations between the contents of total polyphenol,total flavonoid and the antioxidant activity were also analyzed,and the flavonoid components were detected by HPLC.Results:The contents of total flavonoid,total polyphenol and antioxidant activity of extracts from Artemisia capillaris by different solvents had significant differences.The 70%ethanol extract of Artemisia capillaris showed the highest contents of total flavonoid(151.02 mg rutin/g)and total polyphenol(40.30 mg gallic acid/g),and its flavonoid components were hyperoside(2.503 mg/g)and quercetin(0.043 mg/g).The ferric reducing power of 70%ethanol extract(484.42 mg Trolox/g)was significantly higher than other solvent extracts.Conclusions:The 70%ethanol extract of Artemisia capillaris exhibited the highest content of total polyphenol,total flavonoid and antioxidant activity,indicating that it was a good source of natural antioxidants.
