一种气动输送机结构设计及其基于Flow 3D的输送性能分析

摘要 为了在潮湿的豆腐加工厂房内部输送食品盒,设计并改进一款气动输送机,由气缸伸缩为整台输送机提供动力。对输送机的结构原理与传动方案进行说明,出于后期设备改进与控制的需要,推导输入元件与输出元件之间的速度关系。利用流体力学仿真软件Flow 3D模拟实际工作过程进行仿真试验,探讨在食品盒不同装载量下的输送可行性。该设备降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,改善了工作环境。 A pneumatic conveyor was designed and improved for conveying food boxes in the wet tofu processing plant. The pneumatic conveyor was powered by the cylinder expansion. The working principle and transmission scheme of the conveyor were explained. For the need of equipment improvement and control in the later stage, the velocity relationship between input and output components was deduced. Flow 3 D software was used to simulate the actual working process, and the feasibility of transportation under different loads of food containers was discussed. The equipment reduced the labor intensity, improved the production efficiency and improved the working environment.
