摘要
目的探索低温浸泡合并高压暴露对实验大鼠动脉血气及心肺组织病理的影响。方法50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(C组)、单纯低温组(H组)和低温与高压(600 kPa)复合因素暴露组(HC组)共3组,每组8只。各组大鼠在暴露90 min后取动脉血进行血气分析,活杀后取心、肺进行组织病理学观察。剩余26只大鼠分为两组(每组13只),用于观察H组和HC组生存时间。结果HC组较H组大鼠生存时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。它们与C组相比较,血清钾离子浓度降低(P<0.05),钠离子和氯离子浓度升高(P<0.05)。HC组较C组大鼠血浆pH值升高(P<0.05)。HC组和H组大鼠肺组织有轻度炎症样改变,心肌损伤不明显。结论低温与高压两种因素存在协同作用,可使大鼠生存时间进一步缩短。实验动物体温下降到致命程度之前,血气仅发生代偿性改变,心肺未发生严重的器质性损伤。
Objective To investigate the impact of exposure to hyperbaric air(600 kPa)combined with submersion in cold water on blood gas and histopathology of lungs and hearts of rats.Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into the control group(C,n=8),the hypothermia group(H,n=8)and the hypothermia and compression group(HC,n=8).Furthermore,the survival rate was measured in other 26 rats which were assigned to the H(n=13)and HC(n=13)groups.Rats were anesthetized after 90 min exposure,arterial blood was taken for blood gas measurement and they were sacrificed for histopathological examination.Results The survival time of rats in HC group was shorter than that in H group(P<0.05).Plasma K+decreased,while plasma Na^+and Cl^-increased in H and HC groups(P<0.05).Arterial blood pH was elevated in HC group vs C group(P<0.05).Histopathological examination of rat lungs in H and HC groups showed moderate injury,but that of rat heart was not affected in H or HC groups.Conclusion Hyperbaric air and cold water immersion might have a synergistic action,which could further shorten the survival time of rats.It seems that the tissues of lungs and hearts are not severely impaired,and the changes in blood gas measurement are compensatory in the present study.
