摘要
通过断面条纹仪在国内某条600t/d超薄浮法玻璃生产线的采样监测,从原料铁含量的变化以及温度制度的变化两方面阐述断面条纹监测在浮法玻璃生产中的应用,实现了对原料成分的控制和玻璃熔制温度制度的稳定。
Through the sampling and monitoring of the side stripe meter in a 600t ultra-thin float production line in China, the application of the side stripe monitoring in float glass production is expounded from two aspects: the change of raw material iron content and the change of temperature system, the control of raw material composition and the stabilization of glass melting temperature system are realized.
