摘要
氧化锌(ZnO)是饲料中抗腹泻的有效成分之一,效果显著,性价比高,但同时对环境造成严重的污染。农业农村部在2018年7月开始执行限锌的新规,未来将取消氧化锌在仔猪前期料中的使用已成必然趋势。从氧化锌的抗腹泻机理、不同的锌源和改变氧化锌的生物活性、微生态制剂、抗菌肽、酸化剂、酶制剂、中草药、植物精油、蒙脱石、腐植酸钠等方面进行综述,探讨其替代思路,以期为替代氧化锌提供参考。
Zinc oxide was one of the best anti-diarrhea effects in feed,which has high cost performance and remarkable effect.However,it also bringed serious environmental pollution. In July 2018,Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs began to implement new regulations for limiting zinc,so it will bean inevitable trend to eliminate the use of zinc oxide in feed in the future.In this review,many aspects were discussed based on the anti-diarrhea mechanism of zinc oxide,different zinc sources and biological activities of zinc oxide,microecological preparations,antibacterial peptides,acidifiers,enzyme preparations traditional,Chinese medicine,plant essential oils,montmorillonite and sodium humate to explore their alternative ideas,which would provide a reference for the elimination of zinc oxide.
