黄瓜红蓝光质育苗对其定植后生长、光合特性以及产量的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Red and Blue Lights on Growth,Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Cucumber Plants

摘要 采用LED光源,研究了黄瓜白光(对照)、红光、蓝光和红蓝光组合照射育苗对其定植后营养生长、光合特性、雌花数量和产量的影响。结果表明:与白光处理相比,红光处理的黄瓜幼苗在定植后生长缓慢,光合效率降低,净光合速率(Pn)、PSⅡ有效光化学效率(ΦⅡ)显著降低,而PSⅡ处调节性(ΦNPQ)和非调节性(ΦNO)能量耗散的量子产量显著升高。同时,红光育苗延迟定植后第1朵雌花开花时间,降低结果初期总瓜数和总产量;红蓝光组合处理的根冠比显著降低,而总叶面积、前20节位雌花数量和结果初期的总产量均显著增加;蓝光处理的株高和叶片数均显著降低,第1朵雌花开花时间提前。综上所述,红蓝光组合育苗显著提升黄瓜总叶面积,增加前20节位雌花数量和结果初期产量。 With LED light source,four light quality treatments(white light,red light,blue light,a combination of red and blue light)were carried out to investigate their effects on growth, photosynthetic characteristics,female number and yield in cucumber plants. The results showed that compared to white light,red light significantly inhibited cucumber growth,declined photosynthetic characteristics,decreased CO2 assimilation rate(Pn),electron transport rate in PSⅡ(ETRⅡ)and effective PSII quantum yield(ΦⅡ),whereas increased quantum yield of light-induced(ΦNPQ) and non-light-induced(ΦNO)non-photochemical fluorescence quenching. Meanwhile,red light delayed flowering time of first female flower,decreased cucumber numbers and total yield in initial stage. A combination of red and blue light significantly decreased root shoot ratio,however increased total leaf area,female flower numbers in the first 20 nodes and total yield in initial stage. Blue light decreased plant height and leaf numbers and accelerated flowering time of first female flower. In conclusion,a combination of red and blue light enhanced total leaf area,increased female flowers and initial yield in cucumber plants.
