摘要
目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合噻托溴铵治疗在改善肺功能中的临床效果。方法选择黔东南州人民医院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的86例慢性阻塞性肺病患者,以用药方案不同为依据分组,仅沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗为对照组,沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合噻托溴铵治疗为观察组,对比两组的治疗效果、肺功能改善情况及不良反应发生情况等。结果观察组经治疗后肺功能指标FEV1(1.17±0.03)L、FVC(1.88±0.17)L及FEV1/FVC(0.71±0.09)均显著高于对照组(t=5.733、4.734、4.682,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率95.35%(41/43)显著高于对照组(χ^2=4.074,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.65%与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.212,P>0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合噻托溴铵治疗可有效扩张支气管,舒张支气管平滑肌,改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸情况,提高肺功能作用显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation combined with tiotropium in the improvement of pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Eightysix patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected according to different medication regimens.Only salmeterol and ticasone powder inhalation were used as the control group.The treatment of trotecadine powder inhalation combined with tiotropium was observed in the observation group,and the treatment effect,improvement of lung function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The pulmonary function indexes FEV1(1.17±0.03)L,FVC(1.88±0.17)L and FEV1/FVC(0.71±0.09)were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(t=5.733,4.734,4.682,P<0.05);The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%(41/43)significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^2=4.074,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%,which was not significantly different from the control group(χ^2=0.212,P>0.05).Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation combined with tiotropium can effectively dilate bronchial tubes,relax bronchial smooth muscle,improve the respiratory condition of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and improve lung function.
