摘要
《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》(教育部令第43号文)中要求辅导员的主要工作职责之一是“对校园危机事件进行初步处理,稳定局面控制事态发展,及时掌握危机事件信息并按程序上报,参与危机事件后期应对及总结研究分析”。以个案的形式,结合实际工作中一次毕业生宿舍整体搬迁,剖析案例的复杂情况,阐述辅导员工作思路和处理办法,重点运用“分步走和分类处理”的工作方法并从中得到启示,为高校危机事件类案例处理提供一定的借鉴。
According to“Regulations on the Construction of Counselors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities ( NO. 43,Ministry of Education of China),one of the main responsibilities for the counselor is the preliminary processing of campus crisis events, keeping stable and things under control,mastering the crisis event information in time and reporting to the superior,participating in crisis response,summarizing the research and analysis. This paper,in the form of a case study,combined with the temporary overall relocation of graduates’dormitory in the real work,analyzes the complex situation of the case,expounds the working thoughts and treatment methods of the counselor,emphasis is placed on the approach“step - by - step and classification” working methods and get enlightenment from them,which can provide some references for the handling of crisis cases in colleges and universities.
