散叶烘烤效果与装烟层次的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究烟框散叶装烟方式下,密集烤房不同层次的烟叶失水率及形态变化、烤后烟叶质量之间的关系,为优化散叶烘烤工艺提供理论依据。在烘烤过程中的几个关键温度点取样,测定烟叶的含水率、形态变化指标;对烤后烟叶进行分级,得出经济性状,并测定常规化学成分。3个层次的烟叶失水率相似,失水率从高到低分别为下层烟叶、中层烟叶、上层烟叶。烟叶在不同温度点的形态变化规律与水分变化相似。烤后烟叶经济性状由高到低分别为上层烟叶、中层烟叶、下层烟叶;化学成分协调性由高到低分别为下层烟叶、中层烟叶、上层烟叶。说明在烟框装烟散叶烘烤过程中,烟叶失水率与装烟层次有关,烟叶的形态变化与失水率密切相关。下层烟叶处于高温低湿环境,失水最多,形态变化也最明显;失水率较少的烟叶上等烟率高,而化学成分协调性差,出现这个情况与烟叶内含物质的转化是否恰当有关,而烟叶的水分会影响内含物质的转化。 The relationship between water loss rate, morphological change and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in different layers of bulk curing barn is studied in order to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the frame loading loose-leaf curing technology. Sampling at several key temperature points during the curing process is used to measure the moisture content and morphological changes of tobacco leaves. Grading the flue-cured tobacco leaves,the economic characteristics are obtained, and the routine chemical composition was determined. The water loss rate of three layers of tobacco leaves is similar, and the water loss rate from high to low is as lower layer tobacco leaves,middle layer tobacco leaves, upper layer tobacco leaves. The morphological changes of tobacco leaves at different temperatures are similar to those of water. Economic traits of Flue-cured tobacco leaves from high to low is as upper layer tobacco leaves, middle layer tobacco leaves, lower layer tobacco leaves;chemical composition coordination from high to low is as lower layer tobacco leaves, middle layer tobacco leaves, upper layer tobacco leaves. The results show that the water loss rate of tobacco leaves is related to the loading level, and the morphological change of tobacco leaves is closely related to the water loss rate in the process of frame loading loose-leaf curing. The lower layer tobacco leaves is in a high temperature and low humidity environment, with the most water loss and the most obvious morphological change. Leaves with lower water loss rate have higher middle-grade tobacco rate and poorer coordination of chemical components, which is related to the proper transformation of substances in tobacco leaves.Tobacco leaves with lower water loss rate have higher rate of first-class tobacco, but poor coordination of chemical components.
